Who it is for
Anyone who writes, reads or analyses documents for a living. No technical background needed.
Before you start: A Claude account for each attendee (a free account is enough to start; Team is better).
What we cover
- How Claude works, what it is good at and where it gets things wrong
- Writing prompts that carry context: role, source material, format and examples
- Projects: shared knowledge and custom instructions for repeat work
- Working with PDFs, spreadsheets and long reports, and checking answers against the source
- Artifacts for drafts, tables, simple tools and diagrams
- Safe use: what not to paste in, and your organisation’s rules
We adjust the content to your team, and use your own documents and tasks for the exercises.

How long is it, and what does it cost?
Length and format depend on your group and goals, so we agree them with you first. Send an enquiry and we will reply with a suggestion.
Can it run remotely?
Yes. Remote sessions run live, with the same hands-on exercises. On-site sessions are available anywhere in New Zealand.
Do we need Claude accounts before the session?
It helps. Free accounts are fine for a foundations workshop. For team rollouts we will talk through whether Pro, Team or Enterprise suits you before anyone buys anything.
Is our data used to train Claude?
Under Anthropic’s commercial terms, which cover Team, Enterprise and the API, customer data is not used for model training by default. Consumer plans have their own settings. We cover how to check this, and what not to paste in, in every course.
